What are the qualifications required to become a member?
There are no established criteria for membership – however, most members have extensive P&L experience with a public or large private corporation and/or are considered to be highly-regarded leaders in their respective field.
What are the costs associated with BoardProspects membership?
BoardProspects Premium membership costs $499/year; Premium Plus membership costs $999/year and includes complimentary concierge profile setup ($99 value), 90 minutes of 1:1 coaching ($750 value) and one ticket to a BoardProspects-hosted in-person event each year. BoardProspects membership is on an annual basis; you may cancel your next renewal at any time before your next renewal date.
Due to the nature of the product and the immediate availability of all resources at the time you subscribe, we do not offer refunds on membership fees.
Do you guarantee board placements for BoardProspects members?
No – we do not provide such a guarantee. The benefit of BoardProspects is that it allows our members to effectively promote their own value proposition to corporate boards. Even if Members are not recruited to the board of one of our corporate subscribers, the platform allows you to network with other Members – many of whom are already serving on a corporate board. A substantial number of our members have been appointed to a corporate board as a direct result of member-to-member networking on the platform.
