Steven is Vice Chairman of Equiteq, a global M&A boutique focused upon the knowledge economy. Previously, he had served for more than a dozen years as a senior partner in PwC's Chairman's Office. Whilst there, Steven acted as the US and, at times, Global Head of Corporate Development and Inorganic Growth Strategy for the firm. Prior to holding that position, Steven served in various senior-level capacities in the M&A departments of PaineWebber Incorporated, Morgan Grenfell & Co. and the leveraged buyout firm of Kluge Subotnick Perkowski & Co.
Steven was admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey (inactive). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (New York and New Jersey - inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steven graduated with honors from Lehigh University having received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, minoring in International Law. Subsequently, Steven received a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School as well as an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School. Teri McClure most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Labor at United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE: UPS), whose 481,000-strong workforce serves more than 220 countries with a fleet of 500 UPS and chartered aircraft. McClure joined UPS in 1995 as employment counsel in the company’s legal department. Over her nearly 25-year career with the logistics giant she progressed into a number of key senior leadership positions including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, before ultimately serving as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to UPS, McClure worked in private practice in Atlanta. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a juris doctor from Emory University School of Law.

Jennifer Potter-Brotman has over 30 years’ experience in senior management roles in professional services companies and is currently an active board member and consultant. In addition to BoardProspects, she serves on the board of Maine Pointe, an operational implementation consulting firm, and the advisory board for Enlighten Operational Excellence, a provider of software and services to drive operational performance. She also serves as the Vice Chairman of The Commonwealth Institute, a not for profit helping women business leaders.
Before taking her current advisory roles, she ran the Boston Office of Russell Reynolds, a global leader in assessment, recruitment, and succession planning. In addition, she worked in the Corporate Officers Practice, was a member of the Diversity Practice, and led the Human Resources Practice. Her former roles include working in private equity and serving as the CEO of the Forum Corporation, a leader in corporate education. Jennifer was instrumental in the sale of Forum to Pearson PLC in July 2000. Jennifer has lived and worked around the world, including her role as the CEO of Forum Europe based in London. Jennifer earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
