Is BoardProspects an executive search firm?

No. BoardProspects is a membership community for corporate directors and a board recruitment marketplace. We offer companies tools to post roles and search our member database, as well as optional full-service search support through our partnership with Robert Half Executive Search. Unlike traditional recruiting firms, we don't charge success fees for placements made through our platform.

Does BoardProspects charge success fees?

No. BoardProspects does not cap candidate outreach or charge a fee for successful placements.

How many open board seats can our company post for free?

Each company may post one complimentary open role through our free board seat posting tool to receive applications from our community of board directors. To discuss additional postings, please reach out to our team at search@boardprospects.com.
